Weather forecast & website reactive components

  • Hi, I’m looking for advise for another website I want to build. Please help point me in the right direction because so far I can not find much help.

    I would like website components such as a picture and a short piece of text to change depending on the weather forecast in the users local area.

    The weather forecast will need to be shown, that bit’s easy enough. But then next to it will be a reactive element depending on the forecast (not just a reactive background image).

    I hope I explained it clearly. If anyone knows of any useful plugins let me know. or failing that, please pass on any advice to point me in the right direction to try and achieve this.
