You are looking for a plugin that offers a filter to modify the output after the user’s weather conditions have been “calculated”.

I have not used either of these plugins personally.

The plugins you mentioned do look very customisable and could offer what I need in terms of bringing the data to me so the outputs can be modified.

I think i’m going to have to contact a developer to help me further.
