Weaver II Theme Extras install error

I have two problems which may, or may not, be related.
First: I changed from http: to https: and now images won’t display.

Second: When I try to install “Weaver II Theme Extras” I get the following error message:

I”m not real knowledgable so please be gentle with your responses :-))
