Weaver II Unable to Download w2b File

Hi,
When I go to Weaver II Admin – Save/Restore Tab – and click “Download – All current settings to file weaver-ii-backup-settings.w2b on your computer,” I get a 403 Permission Denied screen. Any ideas as to how I can download the w2b file to my desktop so I can convert to Weaver Xtreme? Thanks!
