    Hi Support,

    We have integrated “WooCommerce Sync for QuickBooks Desktop – by MyWorks Software” and
    “MyWorks Woo Sync for QuickBooks Desktop – Custom Field Mapping” in our website. In quick books web connector keeps “unchecking itself”. Can you please advise how to fix the issue.

They are available 24/7 via ticket and do an excellent job at responding quickly / helping resolve any questions, and they’d be happy to help you!

    In the meantime, could you share a screenshot (either here, or via support ticket above) of what seems to be unchecking in the Web Connector, to help clarify? As long as the Web Connector remains open, you should be able to use the “AutoRun” option to have it automatically run every X minutes.
