    Do other shortcodes work on that page?
    The issue appears to be related to Themify. You can check this by changing themes.
    You might try moving the shortcode into the “Will it be Emma or Ethan? Catherine or Christopher? We’ll help you select the perfect appellation for your child.” paragraph.

    That was it. I moved it from the builder to the top edit field. All good, looks great!

    One suggestion, maybe show a few names (5) instead of just one.
