Web hosting transfer

Doesnt seem to work, I tried retrieving the data from the sql file and wasnt able to show up

Once I perform the wordpress installation and overwrite the data through FTP it seems to show the default wordpress content and none of my data that was stored.

Review Moving_WordPress.

I performed that method and doesnt resolve the issue. Once I click restore , few minutes later, the process indicates the restoration is unsuccessful.
