Web layout only on first page

I’m currently running WordPress on an independant server, and have a custom theme from yvoschaap’s theme editor. I loaded the theme onto my page and the theme looks great, but when I click on pages and archives, all the shows up is the header and background, but there are no tables or sidebars. Is that normal?

I also noticed that if you have a username.wordpress.com account, you can use sidebar widgets. I tried to edit my widgets on my website and there is no editor. Is there any way I can get it on my website?
