Web Order Number: W000000000000000

    I’m getting a weird web order number issue and it’s coming up in the receipts and invoices.

    Under the Order Number Start field, I’m being told “Any newly placed order numbers will be placed like: W00000000000000(followed by thousands of zeroes)

    Does anyone know what this means and how to correct it?

    Figured out the problem. Order Number Length was set to 10,000 so I was getting 10,000 zeroes (digits) before my order number. I set it to 5 and that fixed it.
