Web page displays spinning circle

On my pages instead of pictures from the gallery being displayed there is a moving circle that keeps running. Ipage support says that they see the images using three different browsers. What am I missing on my home PC that I can’t see images from the gallery when I am not logged in or I am logged into WP-Admin as administrator and view the web page in either IE or Google Chrome? I am told by web support that my site is not throwing any errors.
