Web Page Menu is in Front of Frontend Submission Form

Good afternoon! The purpose of this message is to submit an issue I an having with the Frontend Submission form. It seems my web site menu bar comes to the front on the form so when you go to the “Venue” section and try to click on it, you actually end up clicking on one of the menu items. The menu needs to be sent to the back so that the form is i front.
