  • Hey! Your W3 Total Cache plugin seems broken. You need to disable it so you can get your site back, then re- install the plugin if you still wish to use it. To disable your plugin you can go to your hosting account control panel and find in your File manager public_html/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/ – rename to disable.

ok i did that and it is still stopping the site every time i activate any pluging. at the top of the back page i have this:
Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home2/oldworld/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
what would you say to do?

i got it fixed thank you

Hi same problem after last update

    “w3-total-cache/w3-total-cache-api.php on line 143”

And also not possible to access the admin panel !

we remove the plugin in FTP and the site is up again but without the W3TC and so without our CDN that is really urgent !

Hey, Oliver, for WordPRess you can use other caching plugins until W3 Total Cache fixex their plugin vulnerability. For example SG Cache Press

Have you some information about a W3TC plugin problem with the last update?
    Olivier

I’m having the exact same problem!!

Warning: require(/homexxxn.org/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/Google/Places/Reviews.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /homexxxx.org/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/w3-total-cache-api.php on line 143

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/homeXXX.org/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/lib/Google/Places/Reviews.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /homeXXXX.org/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/w3-total-cache-api.php on line 143

OK – I deleted the w3-total-cache from my Control Panel.
and it is now working. Thank you.

OK W3TC say to me that this not related with the XSS vulnerability (solved with the update of yesterday) but a compatibility problem with another plugin and recommend to me to add this in the wp-config.php:

    define(‘W3TC_GOOGLE_LIBRARY’, false);

The problem is not here anymore but all the sub pages of the site are 404 in my site ??

    Not solved

I temporary use “WP Super Cache” without problem …

Which is the plugin they say it is not compatible with?

they don’t know but another one using the same library …
