if an error is related to a plugin (maybe: woocommerce-paypal-payments), you can deactivate the plugin temporarily without access to the WordPress Admin Dashboard.

try this: rename the folder woocommerce-paypal-payments to something like “woocommerce-paypal-payments-old” – renaming the plugin’s folder will deactivate the plugin and may help you start further troubleshooting.

in the file manager of your webhosting plan (or use tool like FileZilla to access via s/ftp) —- Look in directory WP-Content > then directory Plugins. if you are not sure how to find the Plugins directory in your webhosting account, please contact your webhosting account support team for guidance.

create a backup of your site database and files before making any changes
