  • Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all plugins deactivated?

Yes Problem still occurs with any theme that activate, when on a mobile device you get directed to mobile.757design.us then the web browser says can not find mobile.757design.us

    Any Help?

I’m trying to figure out if the redirection to the subdomain is intentional but doesn’t work, or if its not intentional and not wanted.

Did your site ever work on this subdomain? Typically you would use a subdomain for mobile device if you wanted to use different software and content. mobile.757design.us is a subdomain of 757design.us. If you are using cpanel, check Domains / Subdomains. Is this subdomain setup? What is the document root? Is redirection in place? Other hosts may have different control software.

The more usual way is to to have just the one site and one url and a responsive theme which has a stylesheet which has different styles for different display widths. This is what you have at the moment and your site adapts to, and looks good, as the browser width narrows.

I dont have any sub-domains set up at all or any forwarding, i talked to godaddy about it and they told me it was a wordpress issue there is supposed to be only one domain, the site is in the root of my domain and i havent set up any direction redirection, not sure what panel godaddy uses

OK, redirection is usually achieved with a file called .htaccess. This is a hidden text file located in your WordPress install directory. Try to find this file with your cpanel/whatever file manager, and rename it, this will disable it. Hopefully this will fix the problem.

Next, go to Admin page / Settings / Permalinks, choose your preference and Save changes. WordPress should make a new .htaccess file.

If the problem recurs, its likely to be one of your plugins. Deactivate them all and reactivate them one at a time checking that redirection is not occurring. This should enable you to identify which plugin is causing the redirection.

Solved the problem, seems there was a problem with the htaccess file, I could not get to the root of the problem because the consultant that i talked to wouldn’t dispatch me to the hosting development team But from what i was told there were some configuration setting wrong in that file, im guessing something that handles redirection for mobile devices, I set up a mobile application from the admin panel in godaddy a few years back and deleted it shortly after then godaddy got ride of the application all together im not sure why, but Im guessing the settings in the htaccess file never changed which was my guess from the start, i called go daddy 3 times and told them that i though that was the problem i just didn’t know which file handles the redirection, ill be learning php soon this was a simple problem that i was already on the right track to fixing
