    Hi
Jetpack stats on my Dashboard home page stopped working “unknown_token: It looks like your Jetpack connection is broken. Try disconnecting from WordPress.com then reconnecting”

Support threads suggested that I should De-activate and re-activate Jetpack.

Following the re-activation of Jetpack. I was given 3 options and I selected the prompt to connect to WordPress.com.

Jetpack is now working but all old stats lost.

    The website is mknhs.org.uk.

WHat do I need to do to resolve this issue?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

With Jetpack, your stats information is connected to a unique blog ID. Sometimes, if a site owner was using a development site or a different address when they set up Jetpack, disconnecting may create a new blog ID. When this happens, it may appear that your stats were lost.

That’s what happened on your site; it previously used a different site URL, https://www.phastcomputing.co.uk/MKNHStest/.

I have fixed the issue, and you should be able to get your Stats and Subscribers back by going to the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, and disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com.

    Hi Jeremy
Many thanks for fixing the access to stats.

I used BackupBuddy to migrate the prototype site at https://www.phastcomputing.co.uk/MKNHStest/ to mknhs.org.uk.
