Web stories not index in google

My web stories traffic drastically decreased suddenly and after that for the last one week, the web stories index is not happening. I observed that the following two warning messages shown during the live test page in the google search console in new web stories
Warning Message – 1
The resource https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-story-1.0.js was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window’s load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate
asvalue and it is preloaded intentionally.
