Web Stories not saving stories

    I am trying to save a story and this is the error I am getting:
    “Failed to save the story: Could not update the meta value of web_stories_publisher_logo in database. (Internal Server Error)”

    I have checked your suggestions on other forums, checked your health status, and disabled all the plugins except for this one, health status is fine, no API issue and still getting this.

    Can you please tell me just one more thing?
    I have tried to manually update the publisher logo in the database and here is what I see:

    (‘web_stories_publisher_logo’, ‘24762’),
    ‘web_stories_publisher_logos’, ‘a:1:{i:0;i:30884;}’, ‘yes’),

    Does this format of storing data seem ok to you?
    Can you tell me where can I see the image id that is placed here:
    (‘web_stories_publisher_logo’, ‘24762’) because I assume this number 24762 is a logo ID.
    Is there a way to overwrite this manually in the database somehow?

    Yes the data format looks correct to me.

    You could replace 24762 with the ID of another attachment in your media library, but please note making direct database changes is risky if you’re not familiar with it, so make sure to ask your host or a developer for help and back up your database just in case. Consult the documentation of whatever tool you are using for accessing the database if you’re not sure how changes can be made.
