Web Story not displaying at all

I noticed there are several validation issues when running your story URL in the AMP test tool. There could be a conflicting plugin or theme that may be causing the display and validation issues.

1) Could you provide your Site Health information? You can share privately if you prefer.

2) If possible, you could use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.

– Please enable the Web Stories plugin and let me know if the issue is present.
– Enabling plugins and your theme one by one in this mode may help pinpoint if something else is involved.
– Note you can disable troubleshooting mode from the plugins page.

Hi there, the Web Stories plugin is compatible with WordPress version 5.3 or higher which all is good there since your version is 5.5.3.

While we do some testing on our end, could you try to disable plugins one by one as mentioned above to see what could be the culprit?

@imacri Could you please update to the newest version 1.3.0 of the Web Stories for WordPress plugin?

Could you tell us if this still happens in an incognito window with all other plugins temporarily disabled and when using another theme (e.g. Twenty Nineteen)?
