If you can code on your own then you can achieve it via the child theme. You can modify colormag_middle_header_bar_display() function of file inc/header-functions.php file as required for your site.

But this post, doesn’t give the solution to replace <h3> title on internal page by <h1> and put the slogan in <h2>
