Web to Lead –> No information in Salesforce

Hi there,

We setup our Salesforce plugin on the following page:

https://www.stellar.org/contact/partnerships

We have connected the plugin successfully to our Salesforce Organization ID, but when we test the form, we don’t actually capture any data in Salesforce when it says “success.”

We also double checked to that web to lead is enabled in Salesforce and it is.

Any ideas?
