Web version of the email not working

Any chance you could provide a screenshot or two? Not really sure where you are based on the error message. What version of WordPress are you running?

I get the error since the preview:

also trying and opening the link from the email, users get the same message.

Could you try saving your permalink settings. This should fix the 404 problem.
