Hi, I have multiple courses setup in webba. I use woo commerce as a payment gateway. When I setup the price for the new course in webba, and run the test, the price is incorrect. It will always default to the single product id# generated by woo commerce that is entered into webba. It pulls in all the other correct info…. course type, length of time, etc… but there doesn’t seem to be a way of entering multiple product id#. If this should be done automatically, then there is some sort of issue. It just seems that the price of all my courses default to the singular id# entered into webba. Help?

Ok, update, it’s the shopping cart that is not displaying the correct price, but the checkout is. Is this now a webba setting or a woo commerce setting?

The problem may be caused by some 3d-party plugin. Could you please clarify which WooCommerce plugins are you using so I can try on our side?

    I have:

    Woo Commerce version 7.9

    Woo Commerce Payments: 6.3.1

Woo Commerce Shipping & Tax: 2.3.2

    WordPress 6.1.3 running Divi Theme

The cart always displays the same price for every product which would deter someone from checking out even though the checkout price is correct. I’ve tried leaving product id blank in webba settings or setting it to a value of $1… but then the cart will display $1.

I’ve tried with the same set of plugins and here it is working normally.

    Please, do the following.

    1. Enable debug mode in your WordPress: Debugging in WordPress
    2. Do the new test booking and add it to the cart.
    3. Find the debug.log file in the wp-content folder and send to [email protected].

This way we can check if there are any errors occurs while adding booking to the cart.

Resolved by setting up proper shortcode on the cart page: [woocommerce_cart]
