  • Hello @mschouten

can you send me please a list of your plugins? Would it be possible to deactivate all other plugins for testing? Switch in the Mollie plugin setting after to Test and try to make a purchase the same way your clients did. Maybe another plugin blocks here something.

If that would be possible in live mode just install WP Staging https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/ All you do there has no effect on your live site.

    Thank you
    Regards
    Andreas

Ok on our test website with just MOllie and Woocommerce and the plain theme twenty-one is working. Now i have to find out which module is blocking, we don’t have a custom plugin.

    Hello @mschouten

Thank you. We just figured out the same. We are already working on it. Can you please contact the Polylang team too?

Great! I have contacted the polylang team 3 days ago… no Answer yet.
I have tested this with polylang versions back to 3.0 version, not working.
I hope Your Team has a fix!

    Hello @mschouten

can you please open here https://inpsyde.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5 a support request with all steps you did so we can reproduce it. Please write the link to this thread too.

    Thank you

    Hello @mschouten

it seems Polylang free version does not support WooCommerce. I think you need to upgrade your Polylang version. Additionally, you can downgrade to Mollie 6.2.2 but we do not recommend this.

    Best regards

Ok thank you for your feedback.

    Ok there are 2 plugins:
    Polylang Pro
    Polylang Woocommerce

    We have:
    Polylang (free version)
    Hyyan WooCommerce Polylang Integration

So i don’t think Polylang Pro is supporting Woocommerce either, i think we need to buy the business pack or going for another multilingual option.

    Thank you for your support!

I have the same issue. Could you inform me if installing The business Pack solved your issue?

    Thanks a lot!

Yes, it did solved the issue!
    Something with compatibility..

    Plugin Support Syde Niklas

    (@niklasinpsyde)

    Hi @leoeggerickx,

Just to add some more context, the free version of Polylang does not officially support WooCommerce and this results in some bigger incompatibilities with third-party plugins like Mollie.

We used to have a feature in our plugin that added compatibility with the free Polylang version, but it caused more trouble then it helped, so we removed it.
As of the latest version, Mollie does not interact with Polylang at all and instead all the important things are handled by WooCommerce directly.

So when there are for example issues with the webhooks URL when using the free Polylang version, this is because WooCommerce and Polylang free don’t go well together, as it does not support WooCommerce in the first place.
But the professional Polylang versions provide support for WooCommerce and should also work perfectly fine with Mollie: https://polylang.pro/downloads/polylang-for-woocommerce/

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
