Webhook: custom topic “order completed”

Hi,
I’m looking for a way to trigger a webhook on “order completed” status (e.g. when an order has been shipped). The payload should be the same which is sent when the webhook “new order” is triggered.Is there a way to achieve this? The use case is for transmitting data to a transport insurance service everytime an order has been shipped.
