webhook endpoint failing

    I have had customers report that they can not place an order. They are receiving an error stating payment failed choose another method. I talked to Stripe and they said my 3D secure is the problem and that my webhook endpoint is failing that I should contact the plug in support for help. I have currently disabled the 3D secure which seems to allow payments as I place an order successfully.Please advise. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    I would suggest you check if the webhook URL is somehow blocked on your site either due to some blacklist redirection or perhaps some security measures applied by your host? I would check those first.
