    Hi,

    I am having trouble with subscription processing. Can you tell me how to resolve this? Not much help from Stripe. The error is.:

    “Invalid signature received. Verify that your webhook secret is correct.”

    Can you provide some more information like:

    1. What payment method is the subscription for? Credit cards, local payment method?
    2. If it’s for credit cards, those don’t rely on webhooks for processing subscription payments. So the webhook wouldn’t be the issue.
    3. What subscription plugin are you using? Is the renewal order failing? Did you check the order notes of the renewal order to see why it failed (if it failed).
    4. Did you verify that your webhook secret is correct? That error only occurs if the webhook secret is invalid.

    Yes, in this case, it was for renewal payments. Stripe told me it was due to a failed Webhook and Secret Key. I searched the internet and saw your response about multiple webhook URLs and recommended deleting the webhook and recreating one then copying and pasting that key. I did that, but the invoices didn’t automatically process on Stripe’s end. Since then, I have manually processed the invoices, and everything did sync up on the site side. Do you have any updated guides on how to make sure everything is synced and how to test it?
