    Hi Bruno,

To use the webhook, you do not need the Premium version of the plugin. Do you have a link to your site so I can take a look?

Also, do you have the MailChimp User Sync plugin activated?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Bruno,

Did you create your webhook URL in MailChimp and set the webhook URL to the following: https://desertrose.com.au/mc4wp-sync-api/webhook-listener

I just tested your site but there things seem to be set-up correctly. Please also take a look at the MailChimp for WP > Other debug log, it might show us more details on what isn’t working.

    Hi.
    Thanks for the return.
Tested with a dummy email and it adds it to mailchimp list but not the wordpress database.
Checked the webhook and it is correct.
I should also mention that the two sign in forms are powered by Mailmunch – not sure if this is the issue.
I have a copy of the error log, how do I share the image /pdf file?

    Hi Bruno,

You can upload your image file to any image sharing site like imgurl.

As for the webhook, I’m sorry but this does not work with the MailMunch sign-in forms. You need to use the MailChimp User Sync subscribe functionality for this.

Hope that helps. If not, let me know!

    Hello,

I have been experiencing the same problem. I am hosting wordpress and have installed MailChimp for WP as well as MailChimp user sync.
The integration on the website works, so emails are added to the MailChimp list. But the synchronization doesn’t work. I have followed these instructions (same as Bruno), but the webhook does not seem to work.

I would be grateful for help!

    Hello Ester,

I would request you to please create a new ticket so we can communicate with you directly.

Thank you, Harish. A friend showed me a way yesterday night through rss-to-email notifications that is working! Next time I will know to create a new ticket.
    Best, Ester

I don’t see an actual resolution here even though this is marked as resolved, what was it? Is it the rss-to-email? Is this a plug in or something else?

Been watching newer requests get marked resolved and haven’t gotten a reply yet on mine, except my own replies

    Hello @ kyledoesit,

I’ll ask the developer to look into your ticket. This post was marked resolved as the user wanted integration with another plugin which we do not support.
