    Not sure this will effect taking payments or not in total, but did want to pass it along to see if can be resolved.

    Hello.

    Can you explain your issue in more details. As I understood your invoice is not updating with paid status because of “webhook endpoint associated with your xxxxx account in live mode had been failing”?

    Or what the issue in general, what that preventing you to do?

    Your Webhook URL settings could be found in WP-Invcoice/Payment tab. Check it.

    As far as I know, it’s not mission critical.

    I am happy to show you the mail or whatever you need to check it out, if you are interested.

    Otherwise, as again, if not mission critical, I can just remove the webhook. It’s been so long since I entered the field on Stripe, I cannot even remember when or why I did it! ?? D’oh… sorry! ??

    Just set up your webhook again if you need it. Go to the WP-Invoice/Payment/Stripe options – copy Webhook URL and add up it to your Stripe account.

    Probably you are receiving that message about some old Webhook URL.

    I already checked that, Sillygirl. ?? It’s the same one in Stripe. The URL doesn’t ‘work’, which is why I submitted the issue. ??

    Something particular wrong in your settings in WP-Invoice or in your Stripe account, so I was just verifying all details. “Silly girl” is not acceptable for the technical support, who is trying to help you for free.

    Otherwise, your issue is not common and should be investigated directly. In such case, our support is paid.

    Sorry if I offended you. Was just trying to be nice / friendly.

    Having said that, I respectfully ask that you DO NOT attempt “help” me or interact on this thread anymore. Appreciate the time you spent trying to help, and thank you for your understanding and compliance with my request.

    YES, the hook URL was correct and of course the hook is active. I would NOT be receiving emails about the hook not being reached if the hook was inactive on the stripe side. These are not helpful answers, even if I realize someone might be covering her/his ground. The first question made sense to ask, the second does not, given the context.

    Any friendly persons who are interested in helping, it would be greatly appreciated.
