    Hi,
Odd problem but whenever I add the webhook in the settings when the page reloads the webhook is not there and the message in red is there saying to add the hook.

I’m pretty sure it is the right format, it had been working well before Jan 10 2022.

Thanks for nay help you can give.
    Ian

The only other plugins on this site are contact form 7 and wp scss.

    Hello there,
We are facing the same issue.
    Webhook is not saved.

    Thanks

Same thing for me with the plugin installed today on a pretty bare WordPress install and just my theme editor plugin.

    How to duplicate:
Create the form, come back to it, doesn’t matter
Go to Integrations, paste the Integromat webhook URL, press SAVE at bottom or right and on the refresh the URL is blank.

No errors in the javascript console.

Same issue for me as well. All of us having the same error within a week of one another… could this be a bug?

    Same problem here.

I found some odd other things and I think they concern the same issue:

    • Once you install the plug-in you get the “Integrations”-Tab and the “CF7 Redirections, Integrations and Database” Plug-In is activated.
    • The “Manyforms”-Plug-in gets installed as well but can’t be activated.
    • Error-Message: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function set_basename() on null
    • The “Manyforms”-Plug-in is not activated but appears availlable in the dashboard
    • Inside the Plug-in you can register and save your webhook and it works with Make/Integromat

As you can not register the trigger in the form directly, you can not stop the email from being sent. Ugly solution for me at the moment is just to use a trash-mail and generate the response in Make.

Experiencing this same issue. Webhook was saved and working fine. Suddenly webhook field is blank and the field will not save a new webhook in it.

Require this to work so we can end form data to Make (Integromat).

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Same issue here. Went so far as upgrading wordpress, CF7 and the whole nine yards. And contacted Make.com too.

Come to find out that the web hook WAS saving, but it just wasn’t appearing in the integrations page in the DB. Go into the wp_postmeta table and search for “_cf7rid_integromat” in the meta_key.

If it did in fact save, you’ll see it in the meta_value column. No idea why it doesn’t show up in the admin… but for me it was there.

    All fixed
