    I’m using webhook for new orders and getting that data into google sheet. sometimes the webhook send empty line items and products with 0 quantity. I don’t know why this happing. You can see the empty lineitems of webhook here https://imgur.com/jqEvyG1.

    sometimes the webhook send empty line items and products with 0 quantity.

    Does this happen randomly and with different products, or only with a single product? When you look at the order on your site, do you see the values that the webhook should be sending over?

    It happens randomly sometimes it’s happened with more than one order in a day. I’m facing this issue not on the daily. I check the order in the backend all data available there.

    Intermittent issues are likely a result of a spotty web host or a theme or plugin conflict.

    Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue. Here is a link that better outlines that process:

    If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    I will try this if this issue comes in regular basis i’m facing this issue only in my one site not the all sites. i have two live sites both of them have same theme and almost same plugin except the site which facing this issue have more orders on daily basis the issue mostly happens once or twice in a week.
