    Hello,
something very curious happens to me with 3 sites. I have 3 sites with woocommerce 8.4.0 on 3 different hosting with very similar plugin configurations. I have webhooks on all 3 that connect to my billing system.
Last Thursday in the early morning, more than 60 transactions were sent via webhooks on the 3 sites, which were sent in batch and in succession. Some of them generated error 400 because being many and in a row, it activated a block in my billing provider. In the end the webhook was automatically deactivated in one of the sites.
Yesterday in the early morning the same thing happened. A week later at about the same time it happened last week. Fortunately now it happened on only one of the sites and there were fewer invoices.
Any idea how I can detect/debbug what is causing the problem?

    Hi @ipoblete,

Could you please check the Server Logs? The server logs will provide detailed information about what’s happening on your site at the time of the issue. Look for any unusual activity or errors that coincide with the time the transactions were sent.

Also, inspect the Webhook Logs. WooCommerce logs all webhook activity, including each delivery attempt and any errors. You can find this in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Alternatively, check Your Billing Provider’s API Limitations. Your billing provider might have limitations on how many requests can be made in a certain period. If you’re exceeding this limit, it could result in a block.

In the meantime, you can run a conflict test to help you identify the cause of the issue. More info: https://woo.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Let us know how that goes for you.

    Hi @zavadovsky

    hello,
I found that it was a plugin that sent the information. There was a Scheduled Actions / cron that ran and resent the requests executed by this plugin that I mentioned.

    Best regards,
