    Hello,

I use Mollie Forms for a customer (Limburgia Borne) and since this morning the webhook does not work correct. It gives a status error 28. It was working fine in the past.

Using Mollie Forms on WordPress. I need to figure out where the errors are coming from. I created a page with the test_key and all is working fine. No errors. But the live webhook (I believe the payment status update) is not working correct.

This caused the confirmation e-mail send over and over again. So it can connect the website, it changed the status of the order but an hour later the confirmation e-mail is send again. It is strange that the test works fine, also the webhook (probably).

Is there an other way to check / debug and / or to find what is going wrong?

I hope this helps and you can help me to find the issue.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Vincent,

Error 28 sounds like a cURL error 28, which means a timeout. Could it be that WordPress is too slow handling this request?

    GM Nick,

Thank you fer your answer. I asked the customer this morning and they received new orders and it looks good again (no repeating confirmation e-mails). So I don’t know what was going on. Maybe it was a server issue or a ‘holiday rewrite’ still in the cache? So, all is working fine now.

    Thanks!
    Vincent
