    Hi @renoribeiro ,

This usually happens when the SDK APP keys have not been properly configured.
Please walk through https://zoomdocs.codemanas.com/setup/#setup-app-sdk-credentials and also make sure that APP SDK is activated on Zoom.

Hi, thanks in advance for the quick answer.
I already seen and reconfig this more than 4 times.
Its all checked and allright. I think the problem is another thing.

Similar problem with meeting: “Join Meeting timeout – Invalid Parameter”

The Credentials seem to be ok:
Saving “Zoom Integration Settings” I get
“Zoom: Credentials successfully verified and saved”

    Used Shortcode: [zoom_join_via_browser meeting_id="xxxxxxx" login_required="yes" help="no" height="750px" disable_countdown="yes" passcode="xxxx" webinar="no"]

Was Ok on the last Meeting at the 14. December.

    Also using the: [zoom_api_link meeting_id="xxxxxx" passcode="xxxxx" link_only="no"]Works correctly

Now i updated my Plugin to version 4.0.10 and i have the same error from @vtad in webinars.

“Join Meeting timeout – Invalid Parameter”.

The problem changed. Can u help us?

    Plugin Contributor digamberpradhan

    (@digamberpradhan)

@vtad Can you please try the following shortcode

    [zoom_join_via_browser meeting_id="YOUR_MEETING_ID" login_required="no" iframe="no" title="Test" height="500px" disable_countdown="yes" passcode="1232132121" webinar="no" image="https://images.unsplash.com/photo-1459257831348-f0cdd359235f"]

Please make sure to keep iframe=”no”

I get the same error (Invalid parameter). Also it ignores the passcode parameter in the shortcode and shows the passcode set at a Recurring test meeting on zoom.us (I set it to 1232132121)

    See https://webinar.vtad.de/

I get the same error too (Invalid parameter). Even if i have iframe=”no” or not. I filled the keys inputs correctly multiple times, I test the API in parameters, i got success message.

    Hi @renoribeiro

Are you using latest version of the plugin ie 4.0.11 ? If so, if this is occurring for webinar, have you disabled the email field?

I use it only for Meetings

    Thread Starter renoribeiro

    (@renoribeiro)

@digamberpradhan Yeah, version 40.11 and email still disabled.

I already double checked API again and again..

I think that the problem is in Webinar. When i try in meeting, it works!

    @renoribeiro

Sorry for not explaining properly before. If you are using Join via Web Browser to join webinars you will need to enable email field as this is a required field to join webinars.

Please try enabling the email fields and see if that fixes the issue.

    (@renoribeiro)

Man, thanks a lot! Was the email field! Without it, webinar give an error.

But i unchecked it, and IT WORKS!

    Thanks, thanks thanks! It Works!

And if you can put this warning in the Webinar part of Documentation, it can help some other people in future.

This is the reason that I LOVE WORDPRESS. Big community. A lot of good people. And u are one of them.

(Sry my poor english. I’m from Brasil and here i just use english several times)

@renoribeiro Glad it worked out! Will add this part to the documentation.
