Webinar Registration Form is not Showing

  • The webinar registration page stopped working last night. The plugin is up-to-date. All of the sudden it stopped working. Please advise how we can resolve the problem as this is affecting our production site. The plugin cache has been cleared already.

    Issue has been resolved after the new upcoming webinar came up. I wonder if there’s a timing setting that if the webinar is about to get started within few hours, the registration doesn’t show anymore.

    Yes this is likely. Please check that your website time (Settings > General) coincides with the time in GoToWebinar. Thanks,
