Please give more details what you mean by:

I’d like to get a list of Webinars that are published in the menu (same behaviours as posts)

How does one do this?

You can add each webinar with individual link to the menu.
The standard pages are not show in the menu settings (they are kind of virtual).
When you do and publish a page with shortcodes like a registration page it will show in the menu settings.

PS: Draft and public switch is also available, so you only show the released once.
