WebMatrix Publish not working properly

Hi,

I am using the Boot Store theme and I really love it but I am having some problem publishing the site in WebMatrix.
In my local pc I added custom background, shortcut pictures and custom primary menu and everything works like a charm. But when I publish in WebMatrix to the remote server all the pages and content are available but no the custom background (loads the default one), no shortcut pictures (the text is fine) and no custom primary menu (I think it does not update the menu location).
Is there a way to fix it?
