WebP

Hello Short Pixel! Ive been using Short Pixel plugin for about a year now. Paid for the premium version as well.

Now my concern is that I tried to use the WebP feature of the plugin, but it doesnt seem to work. I even removed the compressed images and restored the backup, then restarted optimization with the WebP enabled using “Without altering the page code (via .htaccess)”, following this guide – https://www.thesearchengineshop.com/how-to-serve-images-in-next-gen-formats-in-wordpress/

But upon Inspecting using chrome dev tools, and on the Network tab, theres not a single file of WebP displayed, means it didnt worked.

Please help.
