In general, when we upload a SVG file and the plugin is active, the uploader will throw an error on the server.

    Here the error log :

An error of type E_ERROR happen on line 46 of file [my_server_tree]/wp-content/plugins/webp-converter-for-media/src/Conversion/Media/Upload.php. Error message : Uncaught TypeError: Argument 1 passed to WebpConverter\Conversion\Media\Upload::init_attachment_convert() must be of the type array, null given, called in [my_server_tree]/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 303 and defined in [my_server_tree]/wp-content/plugins/webp-converter-for-media/src/Conversion/Media/Upload.php:46

Best regards and great job for this plugin,

    Martin

@markussss I’m glad I could help. I would be very grateful for leaving a review for my plugin.

I see that you really care about the maximum optimization of your images. Therefore, I encourage you to try the AVIF format. This will allow you to achieve even better results.

    Just left the review …

Yes, I heard a couple of weeks ago about AVIF and will consider it as well … one step after the other

Not everyone has the opportunity to run websites on powerful machines, so I think it really makes sense to get to the source to optimize it – which quite often is images at first
