Webp Format Not Visible in Browser

Hi

I have installed the plugin and converted all the images to webP. I have tried both the .htaccess and picture methods and I cant see the webp images being served,

This is an apache webserver (I have check the rules) and runs under cloudflare, I have configured the cloudflare setting.
