  • Thanks for the kind words about the plugin, @onurparlar!

disable my WebP converting/serving plugins but now there is WebP type pictures on my site…

Can you please clarify what the issue is here? It sounds like you disabled other plugins and the Performance Lab plugin is creating WebP images, but you do not want that to happen?

Infact i installed Performance Lab to use for WebP upload and convert.
After install i disabled other WebP and convert plugins.
Cause I dont need 2 plugins in same work.
As a result when I checked images in my website they are not converted to WebP.

Normally other WebP Plugins are publishing your Jpg or other picture formats in WebP.

I was expecting that to see.

@onurparlar Thank you for these additional details! I’d like to test to see if I am having the same issue that you are. Can you tell me what other plugin(s) you were previously using for converting images to WebP?

@onurparlar Apologies, I spoke with our team and they reminded me that for now, the Performance Lab plugin only converts *new* images to WebP upon upload, not existing images. However, this is something that we’re working on for a future release here: https://github.com/WordPress/performance/issues/24.

I’ll mark this topic as resolved, but if you have any other questions, please do let me know!

I want to add another detail about other plugins…

That plugins are working in same way additionally they are converting existing images when it requested…

I’m hope you’ll release new version soon.

    Thank you
