    Hello @sahadatuk21

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
After inspecting your website, I can see that the images that have a correct character encoding – meaning the name of the image is using Latin letters, in fact, converted to webp.

So you should consider renaming those images for them to able to be converted to webp.

    I hope this helps!

Change the name of so many uploaded pictures?! Does it seem like a solution? This is a problem with your plugin. Your plugin is good in all aspects, but this issue is not good. I used another plugin with no problem. Now I thought that since you have the option to convert images with your plugin, I didn’t use any additional plugins. Now I see that it must be used. I hope you fix it soon.

I used another plugin and everything is fine now. You can also check if necessary. I would only request that you fix the plugin problem, then we don’t have to use another plugin anymore. Thank you.
