Webp images not generating

    Hello there ?? !

    I’m trying to optimize my images by using your webp feature but it doesn’t seems to work… I have this message “You have too many requested images, please try again in a few minutes.”

    What’s wrong?

    aplogize for the inconvience

    there is a certain daily limit on image optmization to aovid server over load

    please wait for next day reset, then it will start to work again.

    It seems to work when I do that. But the next day it stop working again :s !

    What can I do?

    I have 12?869 existing medias and I would like to have them in .webp As Soon As Possible. What time will it take with the free plan? Could I pay to have that quicker?

    So why aren’t my images optmized quickly?

    the cron just runs every now and then , even as close as few minutes , but img optm is also controlled by server side

    it’s like your site says “optimize me image XXX”

    image server says “no , you out of quota today , wait for tomorrow”

    and this conversation will be repeated all the day until next day reset

    Thank you for the clarification. But it’s not exactly what happened. Today, I visit the dashboard and it says that last cron was called 3 days ago (14th). I had to click “clean up unfinished data” again… So, in order to optimize my images, I have to manually do things every day…

    How can I solve this?

    just to double confirm , you do have 2 “auto” option enabled , and also system cron to trigger wp-cron ?

    does the “pull” button ever light up ? and if so , you clicked it manually , nothing happens ?

    Hi @qtwrk !

    No, the pull button never lights up! Now when I manually click the “send optimisation request” button, it says “You don’t have enough quota left for current service this month.”

    Latest request sent on 10/17/2023 14:05:27.

    Also, when I go on the network admin page for LiteSpeed Cache plugin (/wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=litespeed-cache), I have a screen saying I don’t have the authorization to access, but I’m super-admin :s

    from my side check , it looks there is an action going on every day , please verify if these optimized numbers are not increasing in image optm summary page ?
