    I have tried to fix it for several hours but unsucessful wepb is still missing.

    First thing to do is check that there is actually a cwebp file in the wp-content/ewwww/ folder.

    If there is, that just means the binaries are not compatible with your system. Which is strange, but not entirely impossible.

    The next steps depend on what kind of access you have on your server. Do you have shell access? Do you have full root access, or just user-level access to your server?

    The cwebp file is in the wp-content/ewwww/ folder.
    and i have full root access, i tried to update the library but it doesn’t work but I don’t really know if i have the good one ..

    Ok, what it could be is just a missing libjpeg library, what OS are you running on the server?

    what kind of server is it? Dedicated, cloud, vps? Please provide as much detail as you can, and I’ll do some digging around to try and find out what they run.

    i have a simple subscription and dont have much information in my client interface…

    Most hosts require you to contact them before granting ssh access. I don’t see any shared hosting options on ovh.com, are you sure it isn’t a VPS? You may have to use their panel to use ssh (would be strange, but possible).

    Hmm, so they probably build their own kernels, but that doesn’t tell us much about the operating system.

    Try this command:
