    Hi @anand99, that either means the server does not allow the exec() function, or the cwebp tool doesn’t work on the other server.
    Some web hosts have different restrictions on their “managed” plans vs. the “shared” plans. For example, all free mode tools work fine on GoDaddy shared hosting, but on Managed WP hosting, only jpegtran (JPG compression) works.
    Similarly, if the exec() function were disabled, we allow free unlimited JPG compression via our API, but not WebP conversion.
