So I guess the big question is when they will migrate our accounts to Site Tools, I would love to implement this new functionality yesterday!

As mentioned in the changelog, the WebP support is applied only for our Site Tools accounts. Soon we will migrate everyone from cPanel to Site Tools so I ask you for a bit more patience. Once that is done, you will see this in your interface:

I am afraid not, once we will complete our current infrastructure upgrade we will continue with the cPanel – Site Tools migration full speed!

(1) What percentage of your customers have been migrated to the new Site Tools account?

(2) What is the target date to complete the migration for all customers? SG promised to include WebP optimization in its plugin since 2018!

(3) Why isn’t SG Optimizer “optimized” by now (for all customers) to include WebP optimization? What is the dependency between SG Optimizer and the new Site Tools account?

IMHO, this issue is not “Resolved.” Kindly re-open this “ticket” so we can keep track of SG’s progress on this. Closing forum issues for score without actually solving the issue is not helping anyone.
