    It only does WebP because you told it to. If the images are only showing in one browser, it is because you are using a CDN. In that case, you generally need to try the Alternative WebP Rewriting option, and get rid of the .htaccess rules.

    Alternative WebP Rewriting option: So how can it be done…?? I am not very familiar with the .htaccess rules.. Anything that is reliable and easy???

    Just remove the section from your .htaccess file that has the EWWW IO rules, and save it. It’s in your main WordPress folder. Then turn on the Alternative WebP Rewriting on the conversion tab.
