Webpage all scrambled! Need help

Hey everybody,

I’m recently working on a website for a client. Everything looked fine untill I started converting it to a WordPress theme. Now the website is all scrambled.

There is also a flash movie on the webpage, but that doesnt even show on wordpress.

As you can see its all scrambled. The navigation bar should be at the top, the individual navigation buttons should be on top of the navigation bar, the footer is in the middle of the page, there are 2 sidebars instead of 1, the sidebar is below the glowing white box where it should be IN instead. So is the content box. And the menus should be IN the sidebar, not below it. The page is way too long and should move up. Also it wont show the flash movie. You can see the problem.

How can these problems be solved? Whats wrong in my code?
