Webpage creator

  • I have a travel website and want to find an application where people can upload their feedback in a standard way about their holiday.
    e.g.
    a page with standard fields
    Location
    accommodation
    Write up
    pictures
    Feedback on standards- probably with a couple of checkbox fields.

    Can this sort of thing be achived by wordpress if i created a standard page template and could people with no technical knowledge input data ontot he form and post it.
