Webpc-passthru error. Broken image fix

I am getting this error “Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access this resource.” for the image https://www.adelefrizzell.com/wp-content/webpc-passthru.php?src=https://www.adelefrizzell.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Me-having-coffee-outside.jpg&nocache=1 on this page https://www.adelefrizzell.com/about.

I have somehow checked our other pages, and that page only has the problem.
Could you tell me how I could fix this? We need the image to show.
