website and admin page disappeared

    I cannot access my .org website or the admin page at all. It’s a completely blank white screen.

    I checked my bluehost account and everything seems ok there. I can’t contact them until Monday morning anyway. My site updated to the latest WordPress version on 9/20 and everything was working fine. I haven’t checked my website in 2-3 days, so I don’t know when this started happening. I also tried to login on wordpress.com and see if I can access my site admin through there, but I just get an error message saying the site cannot be accessed.

    What can the problem be and what can I do about it?

  • Hi,
    Looks like you are getting 500 Internal Server Error, when accessing the site. To get more info regarding this error, check your server error log. If you’re using cPanel, it can be found at public_html directory as error_log.
